Welcome to AbdurRasheed Furnitures. These terms explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. We have kept them in plain language, because terms you can actually understand protect both of us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to what follows.
1. Who Can Order
You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us — name, address, phone number — are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
2. Products & Pricing
We do our best to show our furniture exactly as it is — honest photos, real dimensions, accurate descriptions. That said, natural wood grain, fabric dye lots, and screen settings mean minor variations in colour and finish are normal and are not defects.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If we ever discover a genuine pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you first — you can then choose to pay the corrected price or cancel with a full refund of any amount paid.
3. Orders & Confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order becomes final once our team confirms it with you by phone or email, which we do within 24 hours. We may decline or cancel an order in rare cases — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we cannot deliver to your area — and we will tell you why and refund any payment immediately.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, and major debit/credit cards. Full details are on our Payments & Shipping page. For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the payment ready when our team arrives — repeated failed deliveries may affect your ability to use COD in the future.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges are set out on the Payments & Shipping page and confirmed with you before dispatch. Please make sure someone is available to receive the furniture at the agreed time, and that stairways and doorways can accommodate the item — measuring twice saves everyone a difficult afternoon.
6. Returns & Exchanges
If something is wrong with your furniture, we will make it right. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and you have proof of purchase. A few honest exceptions:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.
- Items damaged after delivery through use or mishandling are not eligible.
- Minor variations in wood grain or fabric shade are natural characteristics, not defects.
To start a return, email orders@abdulrasheedfurnitures.com or call +92-300-1234567 with your order number. Approved refunds are made through the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 7–10 working days of us receiving the item back.
7. Warranty
Our furniture is built to last, and we stand behind our workmanship. Manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable time will be repaired or the item replaced at our cost. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage from moisture or direct sunlight are not covered.
8. Using Our Website
All content on this site — photographs, text, our logo, and designs — belongs to AbdurRasheed Furnitures and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Please don’t misuse the site: no attempting to break security, scrape data, or place fraudulent orders.
9. Our Liability
We are responsible for delivering the furniture you ordered in good condition. Beyond what the law requires, we are not liable for indirect losses — for example, costs arising from a delayed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
