We know that buying furniture is a big decision, and handing over your hard-earned money should never feel like a leap of faith. This page explains exactly how payment works, what delivery costs, and when your furniture will arrive — no fine print surprises.

How You Can Pay

Cash on Delivery (most popular)

Pay in cash when your furniture arrives at your doorstep. Nothing is charged when you place the order. Our delivery team will call you before dispatch, so please have the exact amount ready on delivery day. Cash on Delivery is available across all the cities we deliver to.

Bank Transfer

Prefer to pay in advance? After placing your order, you can transfer the amount directly to our bank account. Simply call us at +92-300-1234567 or reply to your order confirmation email, and we will share our account details. Your order ships as soon as the transfer is confirmed — usually within a few hours on banking days.

JazzCash & Card Payments

We also accept JazzCash and major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for advance payments. Contact us after ordering and we will guide you through it.

All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges — the price you see plus the delivery fee (if any) is exactly what you pay.

Delivery Coverage & Charges

  • Lahore: Free delivery on all orders. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days.
  • Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan: Delivery charges depend on the size of the item and are confirmed with you by phone before dispatch. Typical delivery time is 5–10 working days.
  • Other cities: We deliver to most cities in Pakistan through trusted logistics partners. Charges and timelines are shared with you before we ship — you can always cancel free of charge if the quote doesn’t suit you.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

  1. Our team confirms your order by phone within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. We call again before dispatch to agree on a delivery day and time slot that works for you.
  3. Larger items (beds, wardrobes, dining sets) are delivered by our own team, who will place the furniture in your room of choice and handle basic assembly where needed.
  4. Please inspect your furniture before the delivery team leaves. If anything is damaged or not as ordered, point it out on the spot — it makes resolving the issue much faster.

Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed, we keep you updated by phone and email at every stage — confirmation, dispatch, and the day of delivery. If you ever want an update in between, just call us with your order number.

Delays

Handcrafted furniture occasionally takes a little longer than planned, and road conditions or weather can affect intercity deliveries. If your order is running late, we will contact you proactively with a new timeline. If a delay is unacceptable to you, you may cancel any undelivered order for a full refund of any advance payment.
