Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain words, what information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to deliver furniture to your door, and we don’t sell your data to anyone. Ever.
What We Collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address — because we can’t deliver a sofa without knowing where to send it and who to call.
- Payment information: for Cash on Delivery, nothing at all. For bank transfers or card payments, we see confirmation of payment but never store your card number or banking credentials.
- Messages you send us: if you use our contact form or email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you properly.
- Newsletter email: only if you choose to subscribe in the footer.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, we use cookies for things such as remembering your cart and wishlist, and anonymous analytics that tell us which pages are popular.
How We Use It
- To confirm, prepare, and deliver your order, and to call you about delivery timing.
- To respond when you contact us with a question or a complaint.
- To send you our newsletter — only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
- To keep our website working properly and improve it over time.
What We Never Do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
- We never send marketing messages you didn’t sign up for.
- We never store your card or banking details on our servers.
Who We Share Data With
Only the people who genuinely need it to get furniture to you: our delivery team and, for intercity orders, trusted courier partners receive your name, address, and phone number. Our website is hosted on secure servers, and standard services (hosting, email) process data on our behalf under confidentiality. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Ours remember practical things — what’s in your cart, what you’ve added to your wishlist — and help us understand site usage in aggregate. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though your cart won’t remember itself between visits.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Order records are kept as long as needed for warranties, accounting, and legal requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form conversations are kept while they are useful for serving you, then deleted.
Your Rights
It’s your data. At any time you can ask us to:
- show you what information we hold about you,
- correct anything that’s wrong,
- delete your information (where we’re not legally required to keep it), or
- remove you from the newsletter.
